Invitation to join Cimply Strength - virtual group workout classes


This program is a strength training program designed for the mature, perimenopause desi woman who has never lifted weights or has some experience lifting on her own. The end goal is to get you strong and lean with a structured workout routine so that you never have to waste time looking for a workout on IG or YouTube. If you focus on nutrition with weekly accountability, then you will also notice fat loss and reduction in the meno-belly.

Here’s what makes the program unique:

  1. Workouts that hit the big muscle groups which are the bigger calorie burning centers of the body. 

  2. Support fat loss goals

  3. Build endurance and strength with progressive overload

  4. Improve your mobility with conditioning exercises 

  5. Develop a strong posterior chain to strengthen lower back and knees

  6. Strengthen muscles to avoid injury

  7. Learn routines for workouts during travel to maintain consistency

  8. Access to a workout library for days you would like to workout on your own time.

  9. Accountability with weekly nutrition plan
